Refund status
Check your refund
Refunds are issued by the IRS and your state tax agency, and only they can tell you where yours is. These are their own tools — we cannot look a refund up for you, and we do not decide the amount or the timing.
- Where’s my refund?Track a federal refund on the IRS site. You’ll need your Social Security number, filing status and the exact refund amount.Go to IRS.gov
- Where’s my amended return?Amended returns are tracked separately and take considerably longer than an original return.Go to IRS.gov
Opens IRS.gov in a new tab. Team Green Taxes is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS. For a state refund, check your own state’s tax agency — Florida has no state individual income tax, so there is no state refund to track there.
